This Privacy Policy describes how Femmestry ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information and sensitive health data. By using the Femmestry application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Data Collection and Usage Femmestry is designed to help you track your menstrual cycle, moods, workouts, and overall biological well-being. To provide these personalized insights, we may collect:

• Health and Fitness Data: Menstrual cycle dates, physical symptoms, mood logs, and sleep patterns that you manually enter.
• Apple HealthKit Integration: With your explicit permission, Femmestry may read from and write data to Apple's Health app (HealthKit), such as step count, heart rate variability (HRV), and basal body temperature (BBT).

2. Absolute Prohibition on Data Selling and Marketing (The Golden Rule) We treat your personal and health data with the utmost strictness. We DO NOT and WILL NEVER sell, rent, or share your personal data, including your HealthKit data and menstrual cycle information, to any third parties for advertising, marketing, or data brokering purposes. Your data is used strictly to provide and improve the Femmestry app experience for you.

3. HealthKit Data Specifics

• Data accessed from Apple HealthKit will not be used for advertising or similar use cases.
• We do not use HealthKit data to target users with ads.
• We do not sell HealthKit data to data brokers or information resellers.

4. Data Storage and Security We prioritize your privacy by minimizing the data we store on external servers.

• Your sensitive health data is stored locally on your device [and/or securely synced via your personal iCloud account]. We do not maintain a centralized database of your personal health information.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion You have complete control over your data. You can delete all your logged data and permanently delete your account directly within the Femmestry app at any time by navigating to Settings > Delete Account and Data. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
