App: Refers to Focus-D, the software program provided by the Developer.

2. Local Storage Focus-ST stores data locally on your device (e.g., via UserDefaults) to save your preferences, settings, and subscription status. This data is not transferred to external servers managed by the Developer.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers paid subscriptions (Monthly Premium). All payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store (StoreKit). We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Apple, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

GDPR and CCPA Compliance

We respect your privacy rights. Since we do not store your personal data on external servers, you have full control over your data, which resides on your device. You can delete your data by deleting the App.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
